This place is terrible no pest control ,charge you trash cans, maintenance not done , black .mold infested, one little girl died from the black mold but they won't tell you that now it's a Mexican who owns this place after switching up so many times with owners and Barbara Rice is doing everything they say just to keep her job,don't care about handicap people but we are about to change that the only way to do it is take them to court and have your discrimination Lawler with you and that's what I plan on doing, mold ... read more
I moved in when the rent was $499, the only selling point of this place. There are no laundry facilities and the pool hasn't been open for the 1 1/2 years I been here. Under the new management, they do just enough not to be slumlords, but they are. Getting anything done is like pulling teeth. There are no callbacks unless you constantly pressure them. If you want anything done at all, you have to stay on them, with the managing pair of Tina and Pedro being as useful as a tumor. Then, of course, they'll call you difficult whe... read more
