Dr. Laux did a great job on filling a cavity for me. The procedure went very smoothly.
Overall I had a great experience. Front desk staff professional, Dental Tech-friendly, thorough and engaging, -(I enjoyed talking with her helped to reduce my anxiety.),the Dental Hygienist-was really cool, concise and love my teeth afterwards. Dr. Laux was very thorough, to the point, focused and knowledgable, not the warmest person in terms of patient engagement. However, he took his time and explained things to me in laments terms which I appreciated.
Absolutely love, my dental assistant. Dr. Laux however, has a terrible bedside manner. I’ve decided after today’s visit I will be looking for a new dentist.
