I have lived here since September. I absolutely love it here. Maintenance is great they fix things the first time. With in a timely manner. The office staff is great.Ms Jujuan is the best. She’s always professional and calls you by name. Don’t believe the negative post . There was a fire in the office which shut down the amenities. My wife and I made the best decision moving here. We read the negative post before coming by for a tour . There hasn’t been any amenities due to a fire in the old office. However, crews are moving in new equipment and office furniture. The pool was open this summer, my family enjoyed lounging by the pool. Ms. Jajuan is the best. We've been here since 2016. Like the seclusion and location. Maintenance and office personnel are great. IF CORPORATE WAS HALF AS EFFICIENT, club house, exercise room, swimming pool, hint hint, this would be Super!!! 3 thumbs up to our maintenance guys!
Me and my finance have lived here almost 3 years. The overall experience has been good but we haven't been able to use the pool, gym or the laundry mat in over a year and it doesn't seem as if we'll be able to use the amenities anytime soon.
These apartments seem like a good deal but becomes a rip off real quick. The new management is hateful and doesn’t give a crap about the tenants. We have been without amenities for almost a year and peak living hasn’t done anything to make us feel appreciated. This place sucks go somewhere else.
This place has become the dump of Mebane. They don’t have amenities for the Tenants. Since the old management left they don’t care about any of us. There have been many maintenance issues and still not fixed costing me more. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You have been warned.
