Dr karma is the best she cares about what she doing hope she stays a long time
Stay away from here and find another practice! If I could give a zero star I would. My son went for his first ever alone adult appointment and was given a vaccine that he had already had. When I questioned it the nurse Tina came stomping to the front desk with the worst attitude and stated he needed a booster. He had already had the booster at his last appointment I explained. I had a very concerning experience with Dr. Mehta at Spring Ford Family Practice. I was seen on July 3 for an ear infection but was unexpectedly given lab work, even though my physical wasn’t until the next month. I completed the bloodwork on July 15, and by July 18, results showed elevated WBC, RBC, hematocrit, lymphocytes, and ferritin—clear signs of infection. I had a really good provider experience here, but a terrible experience with billing. Basically, if you book your “free” annual wellness visit here, if you are on medication and they ask you about it (which they have to), they will charge you for a separate “med check visit”. It’s not about the money, it’s the principal of it. They are billing you for two visits (your physical and a med check visit), when only one visit was received.
