Went to Marlton location for a traditional sauna. Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. Making the process easy. We wanted someone to install it for us. There were five men, yes five that came to our home to install our Sauna. They were done and cleaned up within an hour, and taken packing with them. They took their time to try it out, show us how it works and hook up our Bluetooth. Definitely recommend

I've never heard of your company until today. Unfortunately, that first impression left upon me and my family was dismal to say the least. I was cut off on RT55 heading North and thankfully had a dash camera at the time. You have to watch out for businesses that sacrifice public safety to save a few minutes on each job! He's cutting everyone off with a few feet to spare. Very dangerous. I don't want someone who behaves this way in my home.
We have been waiting for 6 months to have our hot tub fixed after 3 service techs came out. I have called to follow up and I have left messages with no repsonse for several days and most of the prompts say the mailbox is full. Very unsatistied with the customer service.
We purchased our hot tub about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, the vapor barrier has failed and the cover has become very heavy. We emailed the company but haven't heard back. My question is/was, can we replace the foam or do we have to get a completely new cover? Thank you
