I will give them 1 star simply because they were the only pedi dentist in the 2 mile area that even picked up the phone. The lack of customer service by your receptionist needs attention. I asked her to check if we were in network and she first told me to find out through calling insurance myself. I typically am used to calling doctors and their receptionists being able to tell if we are in network. Primera vez que llevé a mis niñas aquí y fue muy fea experiencia. Ya que el personal de adentro trabajo con poco profesional. Mientras mis niñas acostada en las camas y con la boca abiertas las enfermera con gran relago y más u a enfermera de piel morena cabello rizado hablándole fuerte a mi niña de 5 años. El doctor deja mucho que desear ya que el fue el primero en mantener a las chicas con el relajo a la hora de atender sus paciente. Spring Cypress Kids Dentistry did an awesome job with our 8 year olds first cavity. They walked us through the process before and all during the procedure talked to him through each step. We highly recommend them and the entire staff.

The staff and doctor are great. They are friendly and efficient. We never have any problems and they are accommodating in getting my daughters in at the same time. We recently needed an urgent visit and were able to get fit in at the other location. I definitely recommend this place for your kids dentist.
