Absolutely disgraceful staff. We placed an online order for a 3 meat plate (sausage, sliced, and chopped brisket). We pick it up, got home and realized the chopped brisket is missing. We’re all hungry so the kid starts eating while dad calls the store to see about picking up the chopped brisket. He’s told by I think Ronaldo who said he was a manager at the Mansfield location that we would need to bring the food back to get the missing brisket. Where do I start, with a zero if I could. 7pm on a Thursday night on Cooper in Arlington TX. No ice for drink, extra plate dirty with food, cold food, burnt bread and roaches. Could it be any worst, no wonder there were no other customers in the store. We paid for food we couldn't eat.
Every time we come here we order the fries and ask for no seasoning they put it on there and the bread is so dark I love eating here
Ronnie the cashier at the Wheatland Rd location rocks! Professional, polite, smiling and helpful! Now why is it Spring Creek doesn’t give Sr Citizens/ Military discounts?
