Unprofessional behavior, frustrating experience of district manger (JAY). Basically, called to inquire of refund due to extended wait(To Go Order)wait on Sunday, 7/12/26, cancelled order, told by person @ time (manager)it will be refunded to credit card. Although I'm pescatarean I did eat a little of the chicken which was moist and tender, the sides were the best bevause of my diet restriction, though.
My issue is with Spring Creek corporate policy. Why are they charging people more if you sign up for the loyalty app than they do the person who randomly walk in with a coupon? Spring Creek has a monthly coupon that comes out: Buy 1 Get 1 free dinner. If you use the app instead of the coupon the deal is Buy 1 dinner and a drink (drinks are $3.65) and Get 1 free dinner.
