There are so many thing I could say, but I’ll be short. Landlord is not professional and treats the tenets as an inconvenience when she makes money off of us. Also, she likes to move your things when you’re not there, she won’t work with you so u can be in the apartment when she does “maintenance”(sprays stuff and changes filter), she will threaten to evict you if request a different time for “maintenance”, and she likes to take picture of tenet’s apartment. DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APT, "UNLESS", u want 2 b stalked, harrassed & bullied. They have an "amended" rule which says, guest can stay no more than 7 days TOTAL in any given month. Those days DO NOT have 2b consecutive!!! No all day nor all nite ""GUESTS"". A lease agreement is "ABSOLUTELY USLESS" bcuz she has the power(& does) change her rules to suit HER. PERIOD. I lived in these apartments for a couple of years and I had no trouble at all with it!
