Nice apartment, friendly staff, great fast maintenance staff. I just wish you could get upgrades in your apartment without having your rent go up. The grounds are nice but could use more flowers with color instead of shrubs everywhere. Also, we had a contest to see who had the nicest patio and I’ve never seen who won.

Unfortunately the upgrade package is significant, with quartz counter tops, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical fixtures, upgrading flooring and carpet, upgraded paint and trim package, new blinds and renovated cabinets. I've been a resident in 2 different units for just over 3 years. The office staff and maintenance are always quick to respond to any issues. I love how pet friendly the community is, and the location makes you feel like you're in town, but also secluded and quiet. I love being within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, as well as being on the city bus lines.

Beautiful property, absolutely love the spacious dog park and the proximity to the wetlands. Always something to do, and the company often has a variety of activities to make me feel valued as a patron.
The apartment complex is very visually appealing, the apartments are clean and well maintained, there are numerous amenities and a lot of opportunities for exercise, and the staff is always friendly and professional. I’m very pleased with this apartment and my two years so far have been wonderful.

Leasing staff was great to work with when we were looking for an apartment. The apartments are nice and have great amenities!
I have lived at Creekside for almost 3 years now and truly love it! The staff is warm and friendly whenever I need assistance. The unit feels like home and the proximity to Safeway and other businesses is so convenient. I also love the fact that I can have my dog here as it is so difficult to find pet friendly places at a reasonable rental amount.

Welcoming , friendly team. Maintenance is good. I have a one bedroom apartment that fits me perfectly. Plenty of room to move around in. My bedroom is large and roomy . So is the living and dining area. Kitchen is small but cozy and is just right for a couple.
