If you're considering moving in here .... DON"T!! RUN before its too late. TCG Property Management are crooks and they should all be in jail. This property has mold everywhere and they do nothing about it! They never respond to issues with the building. They not only will not give you you're deposit back, they drum up numerous other charges and hold you hostage to pay for all or will send to collections. You do not want to jeopardize your health and safety by living here.
They do not clean the apartments between residents, the staff is pretty rude and unprofessional, and they keep the security deposit no matter how clean you leave the place. All and all, do not live hear.
Not only do the windows let in cold air and dust, not even just a little, but then you're required to pay higher utilities (approx $70 not including electricity) due to this issue. The windows freeze over, on the inside. For 8 months of my stay they "forgot" to bill me for utilities (this was my first ever apartment), then sent me a lump sum bill stating that I owed them for the mistake they made. If you are considering living here based on the great distance from UCCS and being by a walking trail, please think again. That is just the silver lining they dazzle in front of you to sign the lease.
