My wife and I found Spring Construction / Aviv after we saw his home at an open house. We were impressed with the transformation he made to his kitchen & home. Aviv and his team at Spring Construction have been amazing. We went through a very painful experience of our condo flooding due to a neighbor's leak and they made the whole experience painless. His positive attitude really helped get us through such a taxing time! And then to see the incredible craftsmanship of their work was the icing on the cake. If you are looking for a general contractor to stay on budget, do outstanding work and generally care about their customers then you can't go wrong with Spring Construction!

Wow! They were really good and very reasonably priced as well. Aviv was a real pleasure to work with and a good honest and full of life type of guy! Enjoyed the process and the finished product was amazing! Can't say that for most of my other house updates I've had with other companies in the past! Amazing and would certainly recommend to anyone who asked.
