I purchased a Groupon for a 3 hour cleaning from Spring Cleaning Services. I tried to schedule my cleaning. I have sent them 7 text messages, called them 3 times and left 2 messages on their website. I cannot get anyone to respond whatsoever. This has been a terrible experience to say the least.
