If you love your family members don't entrust this place to care for them. I have already filed a complaint with the health department due to the terrible shape my grandmother was in when we picked her up. She was hospitalized from 2/1 to 3/24 due to a severe UTI and dehydration which started causing other issues for her at 80 years of age. Once we picked her up on 2/1 I then received a bill for her February board. I just reported them to the health department and the board of nursing. They falsified their daily documentation to say that they were taking care of my grandmother and not. My grandmother was severely dehydrated and had a raging uti, when I got her out. I took her straight to the ER and she was hospitalized for a 1 1/2 weeks. They claimed she was fine when she left but the hospital would not have admitted her if she was. The staff does the bare minimum for the residents. Do not place your family member here horrible experience mother in law was in and out of hospital a lot wound infected drainage bags not drained horrible horrible!!!!!
My father in law is on the special secure unit and is VERY well taken care of. He has compassionate nurses and techs giving him quality care. He also has exceptional activity aides to entertain him everyday. We can rest at night knowing he is in safe hands.
I am SO impressed with this place! My mom is happy, incredibly well looked after and the staff are all wonderful! Thank you to you all!
