My mother was there n she keep falling out of bed put no rails the only thing they could do is change the mattress put a 1 inch pad on the floor. She had a arm ban on her arm saying she falls She was there less than 24 hours n had to be move to a hospital on oak ridge she died less than a week n die over falling out the bed they said noting about it I know they have a wing for her. W bed rails n they wouldn't move her I rate them at F-
I have been an aid for 30 years and all facilities have there ups and downs. This place has the most wonderful and caring CNA's I have worked with. They are true team players and do their best with each and every person there. Sometimes things might seem a bit overwhelming but we will always put our residents first and foremost. We r doing a three day Bible School with the employees children and we enjoyed them and the staff has been very kind and helpful and our ladies group from 1st Baptist come down once a month and sing and do a devotion with the residents and it is a blessing
Very friendly, the staff does the best they can to communicate with my mom and her family.
I once worked at SCCR as a housekeeper and a CNA as well. Never really had an issue with any other workers. The staff at SCCR take pride in knowing they do there very best to take excellent care of each resident. They have wonderful, fun filled activities. They have a awesome therapy team. The Nurses, CNAS, and all other staff are very interactive with the residents. Kindness from just about everyone working at this facility. They try the best they can to ensure all residents are happy, comfortable, and enjoying life.
