We did not get passes that were talked about online when we checked in. The lady at the desk made it seem like we were a bit of an inconvenience for checking in because we got there an hour early, even though we waited for our room to be cleaned for that hour. It is now 4 o'clock and we are still waiting. Extra unexpected charges upon check in as well. This was all before we even made it to our room. Hoping the rest of the trip goes better!
We have been staying with Spring Brook Resort every year for the past 5 yrs and we absolutely love it, I would definitely continue to recommend SBR to all of my friends and family!
Lovely properties, great customer service, breathtaking and peaceful surroundings!!! I've been coming here for a few years (summer, autumn and winter) - never disappointed with Spring Brook. I highly recommend a rental home for group getaways.
The food was very good and the service was very good. We often go to Spring Brook for family birthday dinners because the place is roomy, comfortable and inviting. Also, the prices are reasonable. We were there for my daughter's birthday and had a very enjoyable evening.
I looked everywhere for that " Loose Moose ". Never found it! Only four golf balls!
