The cabin we rented was clean and spacious! The staff was friendly! We can't wait to go back!
Every time I visit Spring Brook it's fantastic. The clubhouse, the pools, the service, all fantastic.
The resort is great! We loved the house even though the beds are about as hard as the floor. The aquatic center has something for everyone. One thing I will say is they need to reevaluate the way they handle emergencies. The number they give for after hours is actually a voicemail that apparently no one checks. Our CO2 alarm broke and we were stuck outside for 90mins waiting to hear back from someone. Thank God security drove past us and was able to call the fire department.
