Worst place you could ever buy a car from! They act like they are willing to help and when you go back they won't help you. I bought a car cash and was promised the check engine light would be fixed and they came back with their "mechanic" is actually a detailer and can't do anything. She is very unprofessional too. Avoid this place at all costs! Crappy cars for your money!
zero stars! I spent my savings on a car from them and it broke down in my driveway the first day. It has been falling apart ever since and 2 months later I still have not received the title. I called asking if there is anything they could do the owner mark swanson said "everything comes with a 50 50 warranty if you break it in half you get to keep both halves". Such a nighmare
My husband and I have purchased two cars from them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always very professional and they made the car buying experience positive and simple.
Awful through and through! Don't waste your money there. They sell junk. ---- You sold me the lemon Virginia. It broke down the first day and we have had problems ever sense. I still don't have the title.
This is response to the bad review; My immediate response appears to be missing, so I will respond again. That was apparently a salesman that we no longer have here as my husband and I do not conduct business in this manner. We are a Mom & Pop- buy here pay here business and value every customer. Can't believe 'Asian Lover's' response...I've bought a car with this business recently and I love my car....seriously....why is this guy having to go 45 minutes away to finance a vehicle? Is it possibly because he is not approved anywhere else? Both people who work here are very sweet and have always been up front and honest with me which is hard to come by when you deal with used salesmen. I would reccommend this business to any of my friends.
In response to the person commenting, "These are the worst....", my wife and I are very pleased with both cars we purchased from Spring Auto Sales. You have to make a certain amount of money to qualify for any loan. Mark and Virginia approve pretty much everyone, "your job is your credit", with no credit check. These people are the worst, apparently it's just ran by two people, a married couple, and they are both rude as hell. When I first talked to them on the phone, they seemed really nice, answered my questions, and made everything sound amazing. One of the things I noted was that I would be doing financing and asked a bunch of questions about it, I also told her that I lived over 45 minutes away and would be out there in about an hour.
