Dr. Jason Bienna is the best dentist I ever had. He's very very good. He discuss all your dental problem and what's he thinks and propose to tackle those issues. He shows you x-rays of your teeth on the computer what is going on on your teeth and discuss the solutions. In short I recommend Dr. Bienia very highly.

A lot of accolades for Dr. Bienia today. Our young daughter, who had never been to the dentist complained of severe pain in her tooth today(Saturday). After calling numerous dentists, Dr. Bienia answered the phone himself on a day he was only supposed to be training his new assistant and has us come in. I recently had two crowns installed. The experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Bienia and his team were great. They explained what was being done and why all through the procedure including photos. The final result is that I cannot tell the difference between the crowns and my original teeth except that the crowns look better. Dr. Bienia calls to follow up after hours to ensure there are no complications that surfaced after the appointment. I have had no other dentist ever do this. Dr.. B put in my new crown with some minor adjustments even with my blood thinner he was able to work around and get a good fit. He also did two fillings without numbing the areas first. That was less pain than the needles. They matched up with the teeth color so they don't even show.

I've moved around a lot over the last couple of years so it has been a while since I've had a chance to visit a dentist. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Bienia and his staff to take care of my dental needs. Awesome customer service and Dentist who actually cares about his patients. If you are new to the Cary Area and are in need of a good quality Dentist I highly recommend Dentistry By Design!

During my cleaning at Dentistry by Design of Cary, the dentist gave lots of good feedback about my dental habits and the results those habits (both good and bad) would cause. It was a very facts-based visit that gave me information I could use to improve my dental health.

Dr. Bienia and the entire Dentistry Team are back and working as efficiently as ever during this pandemic. I was amazed that I was in and out of the office within an hour with a full well-check exam, charting, cleaning, etc. I can honestly say that my overall dental health is in much better shape under Dr. Bienia's care. I would highly recommend him and his Team!

Dr. Biena and his staff are unique in that they really want you to know more detail about how to care for your teeth and gums - just just that we need to brush and floss regularly. After 3 years with Dr. Biena, I have great checkups with no bleeding and healthy gums - mostly because of what I have learned in my checkups! HIghly recommend.

Dr Bienia provides well informed care plans to correct problems; well beyond the semiannual cleaning. I get good feedback on what's worked at home and where l need to focus. I feel very empowered for my next 6 months and look forward to my next visit.
