I moved in Feb 2019 to a two bedroom apartment. The manager did not let me view the apartment prior to moving in. On my move in date, there were large rips in the vinyl tile, human nails on the front door step and razor blades, and human hair and smeared make up on the bathroom sink, and an unknown brown substance smeared on the bathroom cabinets.
