Amazing customer service! My vehicle got trapped in my garage when my keypad stopped working and I couldn't find my emergency release key. Brenda went above and beyond to help me get access to my car!
Next day service right during the holidays! Excellent service! I had a broken spring, requested that they replace both springs. Service tech (Ray) called to let me know he was on the way, arrived when he advised he would, completed service faster than I expected. He also adjusted the chain, lubricated the door and rail, and adjusted the new springs and limits. Door runs smoothly and quietly! Much better than it ever did before! Highly recommend!!!
