After an extremely stressful couple of weeks test driving cars from private parties or other used car lots (left two on the side of the road because they broke down), we found Spriensmas. I test drove a car yesterday, emailed info they needed last night and picked up the car today. Would have been in and out in 15 minutes today, but had another client buying when I arrived. I stopped by to look at a truck for sale. The salesman Tom was not helpful at all. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened. The guys from the detail shop were very nice and asked if I needed anything. I asked if they still had the vehicle for sale. The guy from the detail shop went in the office to check with Tom. Tom made no effort to come out to talk with me. If he was busy he could of asked me to wait for them to open, or that if I would be willing to wait that he could be of assistance as soon as he had time. This was no... read more
