I washed my new Camaro on May 8 2018 at the automated bay. I paid for the 13.00 wash to clean my entire car. When I pulled out of the bay there is a stripe about 4 inches wide of remaining dirt all around my car. It appears that one of the nozzles was not working. There was no attendant and I have been trying to call and cannot even leave a message.

What service at Spray Zone costs only $4?! We spent $10 on the automatic bay that malfunctioned and left our car covered in soap. Then had to spend another $6 in quarters to manually clean the soap off. And they sent a "refund" of $4 a month later? No attendant. No number to call. No office address. Apparently they hope people just forget about getting screwed.
I have called the office for the past 3 days with no answer, and no way to leave a message. I was at your establishment on Sunday, April 17th at 11:00 a.m. I was in the furthest by (North) that is not self-serve. I pay $9 for the basic wash. It started up and soaped the front of my car and stopped. I waited and waited. Finally, the person behind me went up to see if anyone was in the office. There was not, so I pulled my car out and left. Would someone please message me?!
