On 7/2 evening I ruptured a main water line for the sprinkler system and it was flooding my crawl space. I called Sprague and although it was a Saturday evening and he just got back from work, he walked me on how to shut off the main sprinkler valve. He told me he would be at my house in 20 min. I eventually was able to shut off the line and called off his service, but someone who can take care of his customers like he did for my says a lot about the professionalism of his services. S Prague is prompt and extremely reliable. We use him for any plumbing issues on our 26 year old home. He also is very courteous and friendly as heck.
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We just moved into a new rental and our landlord said she has relied on Sprague for years. I can see why, he's very personable and was very patient with my inquisitive 3 yr old. He went above and beyond!
