They don’t answer the phone called four times for a tour I was scheduled for finally got through after waiting 30 mins from my tour time for him to say he will be there in five minutes yet didn’t show up or even answer my text to let me know he was running late even though sounded like he was home watching tv…very unprofessional if that’s how it starts why would I want to live there to never have someone help me if something goes wrong with the apartment..hard pass I had another tour lined up I can’t be waiting around for so... read more
I viewed a apartment and completed the application an was approved. They never responded back to me. I had to hunt down the maintenance guy in order to get some communication. I found out the apartment I was interested in was no longer available. Great when were you going to inform me about that. Yeah you wanted my money for an application fee and tapped my credit for what. Terrible service. Please be aware

This is a very nice place to live. My unit was one of the upgraded units. Hardwood floors, renovated kitchen, spacious enough for me and my son. There are mice, but who doesn't have mice and what would you expect while living next to "woods and trees"? Mostly field mice. You just can't be nasty and not clean up your apartment; don't leave anything for them and they will not stay; just visit. ☺ Esther in management office is amazing!
