I bought a vehicle today from spradley Kia on hwy 50, the purchase went relatively well, pretty much a good experience and most of the staff is very friendly. Aside from that I did have to call after my purchase to discuss an unrelated concern and was treated horribly by a female sales rep named tanika or something like that.
