Twice while traveling thru Cheyenne and Ft Collins we have had to pull in for emergency service and both times we have received great service - thank you for always getting us back on the road!
Seems that the Ford service dept. has a time/workforce management issue. Can't install a factory alarm, wipe down the interior and exterior with fancy protectant in 10 hours. After 3 calls to them I finally get a call back with "we have only one guy that does that work and got tied up". And the "so and so is your tech advisor" and it seems that only he can help us is BS. I tell you what guys, as the first experience with the service dept, it its definitely wanting. Just hope the car is put back together without any dash sque... read more
My husband and I had great experiences buying vehicles here... My mom actually bought 2 cars and 1 SUV....my husband's 2011 F 150 needed help w his blue tooth and when he took it over for because it wasn't purchased there he was told it was inconvenience and was taking time away from other customers...well looks like we won't be bothering them with oil changes, tires and any other work we might need... You know, don't want to inconvenience anybody!

Got tired of hearing "Come and see us for a deal" or "I got another truck I can get you into" I knew what I wanted and it's no secret what a Tundra is going for now days. Give me a price over the phone and let's move on. Tried to give a local dealership a shot with no luck. I love my 2013 TRD Rock Warrior and it was nice to only spend 5 mins at a dealership. I'll keep on driving to Colorado for a deal. Only reason I rate fair is because they replaced my window tint when they messed it up after changing the oil in my Sequoia ... read more
