Had an appointment for two weeks, took it in day of appointment at 7 am, never heard anything for four days. Service would never answer their phone, finally went in on the forth day to get things out of the car and it was in the back lot, never had been worked on yet. An appointment didn't do any good. This was for a recall and some other problems. They did the recall but couldn't figure out a lag in the throttle. Not impressed.
The front parking assist alarm went out on car. They had to order the part. I was called when the part came in, took it in on scheduled day at 8:00 and had it back by 3.

Thankyou Seth Perriton and Josh McGurn for the fabulous service! My husband and I were driving through Wyoming with a broken AC (not fun in a black truck with black interior). We stopped at the Ford dealership in Casper. They wouldn't even consider looking at it for a week or more. This is a difficult dealership in Cheyenne to work with in our first and last experience dealing with them. sells you a car that was leased 2 times and sells it 21,000 and go trade it in and only gives you 13,000 only had it for 30 days.
Spradley Barr was awesome and Zane and Kevin were cluth with getting my family into an amazing 2013 Ford Focus! Thank you for all that you did!!! I give five stars!!!

Recall on 2009 Hyundai Santa Dr. After 7 or 8 yrs. It doesn't smell like gas in the car. That one stumped them for a while. Yayaya!
