Dont buy a car from this dealer!!! I have bought 5 cars in the last 4 years and this experience was BY FAR my WORST!! They do not follow through with ANYTHING they say. Do not believe a word that comes out of their mouth. They even were so tacky as to belittle me during financing because of my frequent car purchases (isnt that a positive thing to a dealer?? means money to them!). They have some good, knowledgeable techs and some incredibly poor ones.Buyer Beware.
every time I go in to get my oil changed it takes 2 hours, even if I m the only one in the lobby at 8am. Last time we took it in the truck started acting funny afterwards, turns out they didn t even change the oil or filter, they just added extra oil!I hate Spradley-Barr s service (or lack of service) department!
The Customer is Always Wrong here. Brought in my Explorer for work on my Dash... \$500 later, truck wont start and the CD player is busted. They said it was my fault, told me my 3 mo. old battery was bad and the CD was broke prior to service.. both Wrong! Took my Ford to Jet Chevrolet and they fixed it. Now Im looking at Small Claims Court for the \$500 in Labor I had to Pay for them to break my truck !
My daughter goes to UNC and when she had car problems, the people at this dealership were honest, timely and caring. They were able to advise her and us (long distance) with the most economical resolution to her problem. We will trust them again!
