Dr. David Allen Spott, I had the worst feeling of being in my life. He walked in the room and told me I can't help you. I did know if he even knew why I was their but then he said the medicine I was taken was the same he would give me and he had other people he had to see. It took all of two minutes. Maybe he was telling the truth that he did not know how to treat me or that he did not know what he was doing, but his delivery was straight from hell. Doctor David Spott was my Doctor for over Ten years. I only lost him because of my Insurance and that was over five years ago. Now, today in September 2019, Cigna Insurance, gladly let me know that I can again have him back as my Dermatologist. I am over-whelmed with joy. I truly had " A Feeling" of something telling to me too, TRY again to see if just maybe he has accepted my Insurance Again. Yes, I am a judgmental individual. Since seeing him in Washingtonian magazine as one of the top 100 doctors in the DMV, I have used Dr. Spott for years. He is always personable, professional and knowledgeable. I usually do not have to wait long for an appointment and I don't have to sit in a waiting room long. His staff is also very pleasant and welcoming. I cannot say anything negative about his practice.
Seems pretty knowledgeable, but he had a very busy schedule. I went to the Piscataway Office but my wheelchair could not fit into any of his examining rooms. I may try the Greenbelt office for follow-up.
