AVOID this hospital! Dr. Brian Josephs forced me in a c-section when I was dilated to 9cm and then lied about why he put me into surgery. He told the entire surgical team to write "failure to dilate" as the reason for needing a c-section. I called him out on his lie in front of everyone and then he said, "put arrested descent then."
