My neighbor hired him to trim limbs overhanging into his yard which he is allowed to do on his side of the property line as long as the trimming will not harm the tree. I was not there when he did the job. He trespassed into a private closed fenced area of my yard, letting my dog out, 14' on my side of the property line border by fence and cut an 18" diameter by approx. 30' limb off a very gorgeous great oak which provided shade to my back poarch and beauty to my yard.
