Ok for basics. The staff are somewhat disinterested
I go to this store because it has everything you can think of. Great atmosphere with super friendly staff, always around to help.
The old staff need to take lessons from newly employed.
As with a lot of reviews on here , most of my experiences at spotlight west Gosford have been un pleasant, a lot of the older ladies that work there think it’s ok to be rude & abrupt to everyone. Don’t get me wrong I’m an older woman who also works in customer service . If you don’t like your Job, then leave! But My faith was restored, when I was served by Josh, pleasant , friendly , helpful .
