This company has demonstrated multiple serious issues in the services they provide, which has been extremely disappointing. First, the BT assigned to provide in-home therapy for my child frequently engages in non-work-related conversations with the supervisor during sessions. The BT who comes to my house to teach my child often chitchats with their supervisor. Every time they come for a session, they have to turn on their video with the supervisor, under the guise that the supervisor needs to guide and oversee the teaching process. Sometimes they randomly send a temporary BT to my house who is completely unprepared, which comes across as highly unprofessional. My family and I have been with spotlight for a little under 5 months, and I have to say they are pretty great. The team that works with my child are excellent, patient and friendly. They are very respectful people, and work well with my child in a manner that works best for him. Since they have taken over our case my son has improved dramatically.
