Spotlight Bendigo. Had a terrible customer service experience with Sarah today. I was trying to use a prepaid gift card and wasn't sure how to use it. I asked Sarah if she could help and her response was less than helpful. I understand if she doesn't know how to help but her attitude was she couldn't care less! A pleasant response would have been, "I'm sorry but I don't know how they work either" rather than the look of annoyance I received. Very poor service.
