We hired them to do a deep clean of our home followed by bi-weekly maintenance cleaning. The cleaners were all very dedicated and did a good job. Whoever was the scheduler was extremely frustrating. There was not a single time the cleaners arrived at our weekly scheduled time without delays or needing to move to another day. There were 2 cancellations in a row, 1 because their cleaners were sick and 1 because I was sick. Elena and Lucero were great! We had them deep clean my grandparents home and they worked non stop for five hours. It looks amazing and they were so nice and respectful. We will definitely be using Spotless again!
After several chances being given to provide the exemplary service mentioned by Spotless Cleaning SVC of LKN, I've ended my agreement with them to clean our home biweekly, after almost 2 years of service. During the early part of our engagement for biweekly cleaning services, things went very well.
