They were rushing to clean, missed spots, just because they were scheduled to next house, to expensive for the service I had!
I called them to set time for my house clean, guy was so rude and unethical . At the end , he said we don't want to work with you because you are not taking seriously. very unethical attitude
Hired these folks to clean our apartment after move out. First they cancelled the day they had scheduled and didnt call until an hour and fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment, i sat in my jeep waiting the entire time. Then the next day (saturday), they were late by 30 minutes and the business owner himself attempted to guilt trip my wife because they dont usually work on saturdays, so he and his wife had to come in because they didnt have a crew available. We have been using Spotless Cleaning for almost a year now and have been very pleased with them! Their prices are reasonable, and they do a great job taking care of areas I would never get to (like fans and blinds). They are kind and respectful and treat you like family. I don't ever want to have to find a new cleaning company!
