They were closed around noon on a Thursday but did not have any clear signage. Location is also difficult to access.
Doesn't rinse soap off vehicles before drying, employees lazy and dont pre wash, just a little wet down of your vehicle. My truck was still dirty and covered with soap after 2 times.
They got the job done. I wouldn't go so far as to say they were friendly, or that they had any appreciation for my business, but they did provide the oil change that I needed. Their signage is terrible. You enter through the gas station next door, and I saw nothing to indicate that you had to go in through the back-most part of the station's lot. Even a noticable "Wrong Way" sign would have prevented me from using the logical entrance...
If you say your business opens at 8 your employees should be there and ready to open up at 8, not 8:10. People are on tights schedules in the morning. Not great
