Spotless was very responsive and helpful. When I asked AJ to drop off my prospective car at a mechanic for a Pre Purchase Inspection, he did so exactly as agreed. After the inspection AJ and his management team negotiated fairly. Once we agreed on a price, the purchase process was quick and smooth. I had a great experience with Spotless!
