I went to SpotDoc yesterday with my wife and was impressed with the technology, the thoroughness of the exam, and the time spent with Dr. Tyler Long, and Kim Nguyen, the APRN. The AI-supported scan is followed by a thorough head-to-toe physical examination by a clinician. The whole process was quick and detailed and ended with me going home with a report of the findings. I’ve been to quite a few dermatologists in my time. I never truly felt any of them were adequate. I was walking by Spot Doc one day and just stopped in. I was so impressed with this beautiful clean professional looking office. I instantly made an appointment. My appointment was so refreshing having a Dr. and NP who were so kind and knowledgeable. A spot was located on my shoulder that was missed by my previous dr. And is most likely cancer. Thank goodness he gave me a wonderful skin check. I recommend this place 100%
Just went to @SpotDoc in Brownwood for a red light treatment on my face. Everything went very smoothly as usual. The entire staff, and Dr. Long, are just amazing. Diamond Dave at the front desk is always cheerful and friendly when you go in. Then you have Kim, Haven, and Emily that take care of folks in the back during procedures. You can’t find a better bunch. They make you feel so welcome, and take great care of you. Dr. Long is the best there is. GREAT PLACE.
