Took my 2 guys today for shots, heartworm test flea pills, heartworm pills. And the bill was $300.00. If I had all this done at my vet it would have been over $500.00.
I had the absolute WORST experience today at this clinic with a very rude and abusive vet named Hector Gonzalez. I told him my dog had a cut on his right paw yet he grabbed it anyway to do the heartworm test. I asked him repeatedly not to grab that paw and to let go but he refused. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO CURSE AND YELL AT ME. HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER AND WHEN I INFORMED HIM THAT HE WAS OUT OF LINE AND CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE TREATED THAT WAY.............HE TOLD ME TO GET THE HELL OUT! Took in a kitten found abandon and almost dead from starvation 3 months ago. They treated for worms and gave info on immediate home care. She wasn't expected to survive. Fast forward to last Monday she was spayed at the facility and the staff remembered her when they saw her. Friendly, honest and working to keep the costs of pet ownership affordable. I highly recommend SPOT for low cost meds, and spay and neutering.
