Very good so far. I never expected my dog to need physical therapy, and am so happy it's covered by my policy. I really appreciate being able to call on the phone and be answered in a very short time.

I'm so upset! I had Spot for 2 years and they were great. I submitted claims for all the routine stuff and never had a problem. My new employer offers coverage for cheaper, so I figured I'd try it and figure I can always switch back if I don't like them. Scammers! I’ve been with this insurance company for over a year, and it’s been nothing but frustration. They constantly try to deny all coverage by blaming everything on “preexisting conditions,” even when it’s clearly new. They are much more focused on denying claims and taking our money than actually helping our cats get treatment. We’ve canceled our plan and will be making sure none of our friends / family uses them in the future.
