Not transparent, the information for coverage for our plan differed and changed based on who I spoke to. Like human ins they look for any reason to not pay out, but will gladly take your money. I had many conversations with them in the first couple months of signing on, but was consistently frustrated by each employees difference in answer and lack of certainty. Just purchased the coverage and paid for the year. Had a large dental bill shortly after eligibility. They processed and paid quickly and it was more than I expected. Very pleased with their response and service.

I am not sure why companies ask for a review when you have been with them for one week. However, here I am sharing what I know. I am happy with the website this company provides, although I had issues signing in. The sign in issue was due to my work's network security. Any issue was resolved by connecting through my personal network. Submitting a claim was easy and I got a response from Spot right away. So far, we are happy that we have signed up. I would like to do a 1 and 3 year follow up review.
