Our heater stopped working during a cold snap. They were here within 2 hours after we called. They fixed the problem within 20 min and the fee was very reasonable. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was they didn't clean up when they were done.
These people are awesome! They are honest, dependable and punctual! My air-conditioner broke down during 100+ tempertures and I expected to get a new unit but the technician told me that I didn't need a new one yet. If it was another company, they would have tried to sell me a new unit and charged me an arm and a leg. Come to find out, the unit had a wrong part which had gone bad and it was an easy fix! Thank you Spot On!
