Load#S3908671 We booked a load, and the driver arrived at the pickup location on time. However, the load was canceled by the broker. I was informed over the phone that we would receive a TONU, so I passed that information to the driver. It has now been one week, and we still have not received the TONU. I have tried calling multiple times, but I am constantly being told to contact Support, and nobody even wants to check the reason for my call. Company came up with "Brillian IDEA" of automatizing everything and make million positions for people . Which bringing you to the issues only . There is no CONTROL, there is NO TRANSPARENCY, and there is never a PERSON WHO IS RESPONSIBLE . If I could give them 0 starts I would. Watchout when booking a load with Joshua Mathew. This person forgot about our truck and did not schedule the drop APPT on time beacuse he was short handed so we are on a 1000$ load for 7 days with a reefer because he was short handed and forgot about us. Call every pick and drop when you book with these people. They are the worst, not caring about drivers, ignoring emails. Extremely frustrated with the accessorial process at Spot Freight. Despite providing timestamped and signed BOLs with clear arrival/departure times, they consistently find technicalities to deny detention claims. Furthermore, getting reimbursed for lumper fees is a battle. We provided the receipt and yet the payment was denied multiple times without a clear reason.
