Tried to buy a towel for my car, it charged $10 in stead of $3 and I didn’t get any towels

If you wash you’re car once they’ll keep deducting money from your account even if you don't sign up for a membership, and if you want to cancel you have to physically go to the station and cancel it, very inconvenient and not transparent with that when you visit.
Help button does nothing. Attendant doesn't come to help when it randomly shuts down or you have an issue.
