Machines and space overall the best. Like they say, they're not a gym; they're a fitness center. LOVE the steam room, being able to have a locker; overall accommodating. Love it!
Great gym! I was in town for a business meeting and use the facilities twice. Clean, well organized and everything anyone could want to workout. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great place to work out, open early and with a good selection of classes. I will be back next time I will be in Stamford!
