This is regarding my card transaction ONLY. I received quality attention to my specific needs per the doctor that recommended them to me. They process ALL plastic cards as if they are credit. I paid the $149 for the shoes that ended up producing lots of back pain with my banking VISA debit. When I took them back for a full refund, which I got, on Tues morning of this week, the transaction was not handled as a cash debit....but rather as if it were a credit card. So I went in the store today to buy a new pair of shoes because I loved my pair that was gifted to me previously. I walked around patiently waiting for a sales associate to approach me or ask if I needed help because, well if you’ve ever been there, you have to have assistance. It’s not a self serve kind of place. We waited a solid 15 minutes and then decided to leave and come back later since they were busy. Well apparently, they weren’t busy. The staff at Sportspectrum were very knowledgeable and help me find a great pair of shoes. I am a nurse and I am on my feet for long hours and they found me some shoes that were not only comfortable, but my feet no longer hurt at the end of the day. I will be coming back to them for my next pair of shoes.
The service here was exceptional! The staff is very well trained on how to help you find the best shoe to fit your needs. After trying on several pairs, I can honestly say I made the right choice. I appreciate them taking so much time to help me make my decision. I definitely recommended this place!
