We have been shopping with Sportspectrum for years and have always been impressed with the staff and service! The shoes are properly fit and you always walk away with great experience and perfectly fitting shoes!
The staff was very helpful with finding a running shoe that was the right fit for my daughter. They are very friendly when we come in the store to pick up race packets. Love this store!
I had a running shoe issue while traveling for business. Stopped in expecting the same ole shoe store, was I surprised! Ben helped me determine the issue with my shoes, worked on the fit, and filmed my gait to determine we were on the correct path. I left with new shoes, and confidence they were correct. In the future I will drive the short 3 hrs to make my purchases at Sportspectrum!!!
Awesome experience.... and Bailey was very helpful and patient with my shoe decisions!!! I would highly recommend everyone to go and get properly fitted for yours shoes. Foot pain is real, but it can be prevented!!! �
Guy passing out race packets was very rude. "It doesn't matter what we told you on the phone, next !"
The store is clean and looks nice but the staff just sucks. I went in last week to buy a new pair of shoes and both people I dealt with were rude and just made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience to them that I asked for help. I left without buying due to this. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.
Impatient, lacking customer support in store, and need more variety.
Grant was beyond helpful and patient. Thanks to him I left with the perfect running shoes.
