This store and the employees are awesome! Went in for my first pair of running shoes (Brooks) and the staff was very helpful! Wore my shoes for a week and noticed my second toe nail bed becoming extremely sore and by this time I already tossed my receipt. I called them and asked if they could exchange the shoes without a receipt and they told me they will be able to look up the receipt! Awesome customer service! Everyone there is so nice and so willing to help! I won't buy running shoes anywhere else--they've spoiled me rotten!
I have been buying my shoes on line at other places for many years. My feet had started hurting and I couldn’t figure out why. A friend of mine suggested I go to sports spectrum, so I did. The people there were absolutely wonderful and their help was beyond wonderful. I left with an awesome pair of running shoes and I am thankful I took her advice!
