The guy in the fishing section could use a class in how to use manners when dealing with a paying customer!!

First time there , love the wide variety of fishing gear and reasonable prices on lures ,my one stop shopping from now on , I didnt need a salesman , buthe actually came up to me twice asking if i needed assistance , at least he noticed me some other places , you actually have to chase one down ,, Thanks ,it was wonderful experience ,,,
My husband and myself was impressed with the customer service. Very knowledgeable employees. The gentleman that helped us went above and beyond to help us! This will definitely be our go to store. Thank you for excellence service.

#SportsmanWarehouse store in Colorado Springs are RIP OFF about return. They won't return my camp stove cause I already use it, but it does not fit my canvas so I did not use it afterwards. Why can't return if it doesn't fit my canvas, pointless! They wouldn't let me get my money back!
My friend and I went in to look around at all the men's toys. It's almost Spring time here and looked around the tackle shop and read the fishing report. We like going in and just looking around from time to time.
Great store. They always got something I need and better prices than the other outdoor and gun stores in Colorado Springs. The emplyoee's at Sportsmans are pretty knowledgeable too, unlike some of the other stores in town.
My husband and I have always loved this store since discovering it, but today really committed me to shopping with them and here is why- I am a breastfeeding mama and in most stores I am avoided by people and associates when feeding my baby girl (fully covered, nothing exposed). I was at a the CO Springs location for my Hunter Safety certificate and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the instructors were great. I recommend any looking to get their hunting certificate to go there and the they have an awesome selection in gear.
