Terrible customer service. Won’t be back
I was excited about my first visit to the store but after walking around about a half an hour I noticed that none of the employees could careless if I was there.. Not one single employee asked if I needed any help. The closest I got was a employee stepped In front of me to grab something off shelf and walked off.. Very disappointed . I heading back out this way this season and was looking for a few items and had some questions but decided to go else where...
This place sucks, firearms staff told me 3 different things, I did what they asked only to find out they were all incorrect and I still can't get the firearm I purchased 3 weeks in advance. The shipping said it would take 7 days, took 13 days, I had to track the gun down as corporate and the store were telling me different stories. I buy a lot of gear, will never do business with this company for the remainder of my lifetime.
Very knowledgeable staff, always friendly and helpful. Sportsman’s always has everything we need for fishing, camping, archery and shooting.

I would like to thank the Veteran who took time out of his day to help me. Not only did he walk around the store with me helping find everything I needed but he also shared his knowledge on knives. I would like to thank him for teaching me how to sharpen my knife. I would recommend Sportsman's Warehouse to everyone. Thank you Sir and once again thank you for your Service.
